Passionate about learning, TTE founder and CEO Terry Thompson loves transcription and owning her own business. Terry founded the company in 1986 as a one-woman transcription firm serving the audio publishing industry, where she got her start. Client referrals and Terry’s foresight in a rising global economy fueled company growth and expansion to meet the increasing demand for translation and transcription. Today TTE works with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and a wide range of companies and individuals in the private sector. As Terry continues to lead the TTE team, working with a great staff, having wonderful clients, and delivering excellence are a few of her favorite things.
Outside of TTE, spending time with family and staying fit are priorities for Terry. And when time allows, reading and music are enjoyable pastimes.
As TTE’s Production Supervisor, Loren Thompson-Kahl’s expertise in transcription, accounting, administration, and customer service is key to the job. She started as a typist at TTE during her teen years, and then added proofing responsibilities. Today Loren builds on numerous experiences inside and outside of TTE for effective and robust production processes—whether she is engaging with customers, leading the production team, or completing AR/AP tasks.
Outside of TTE, Loren enjoys being there for her kids and time with family.
Arlene Cokkinias’ strength as a TTE typist on a wide range of transcription projects and medical transcription background make her the perfect fit for leading TTE’s expert proofing team.
Outside of work, Arlene enjoys spending time with family.
